Location:Fullerton, CASchedule:Full-Time Pay:$20-$23 DOE (Long Term) Position Overview:A manufacturing company in Fullerton is seeking a skilled Blender (Weigh & Compound) Associate to support production of high-quality food colorants and liquid/powder blends.This role is responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and blending raw materials according to production formulas to ensure consistency, quality, and safe manufacturing practices.Key Responsibilities:Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients following batch sheets, formulas, and production orders.Operate mixing, blending, and compounding equipment to produce batches of liquid and powder products.Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, including GMPs, sanitation, and allergen controls.Inspect and verify ingredients for correct lot numbers, quality, and expiration dates.Set up, operate, and adjust industrial mixers, kettles, pumps, tanks, and scales.Monitor blending processes, including mixing times, speeds, and temperatures.Record weights, measurements, and production data accurately on batch documentation.Assist in cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tanks, and work areas between batches.Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE usage and chemical handling.Communicate with production leads, QC, and warehouse teams to ensure workflow efficiency.Qualifications:1year of experience in food manufacturing, blending, compounding, or similar production work preferred.Ability to read and follow batch sheets, formulas, and SOPs.Experience using scales, mixers, pumps, and basic production equipment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in weighing and measurement.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Basic math and reading skills required.Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards is a plus.What We're Looking For:Someone reliable, consistent, and comfortable working with food-grade ingredients and colorants.A team player who can work in a fast-paced production environment.Someone who values quality, safety, and cleanliness in day-to-day operations.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Application Question(s):How many years of experince do you have as a mixer?
