We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing leader to join our team as a Supervisor, Programming & Tooling. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of CNC Programmers and Tool Crib Technicians Develop and optimize CNC programming processes, machining strategies, tooling selection, and setup documentation Lead tooling and tool crib standardization initiatives Analyze tooling performance, tool life, and cost-saving opportunities Support implementation of new machining technologies and continuous improvement efforts Provide technical expertise to manufacturing operations Mentor and develop team members through technical guidance and leadership Qualifications Strong experience in CNC machining, CAM programming, and G&M code/conversational programming CAD experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, machine maintenance, and manufacturing best practices Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Additional Details Full-time position Typical schedule: 45–50 hours/week, including occasional evenings/weekends as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods required If you’re passionate about machining technology, continuous improvement, and leading high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.
