OverviewWorkWhile is hiring Concessions Staff for events at Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN.If you enjoy working in fast-paced environments and providing great customer service, this is a great opportunity to support live events.Event DetailsLocation:Mayo Civic Center (30 Civic Center Drive SE, Rochester, MN 55904)Position:Concessions StaffPay:$15.00/hr (Total:$97.50)Lunch Break:NoneEmployment Type:Temporary / Event-Based Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service at concession stands Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently Accurately handle transactions (cash, card, vouchers) Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Comply with alcohol service rules and regulations Assist with inventory tracking and stand documentation Support team members and troubleshoot operational issues as needed Interact professionally with guests, staff, and clients Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Food Handler's Card required (must upload credential) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail with transactions and inventory procedures Ability to stand for extended periods Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Additional Notes Must follow all Food & Beverage compliance standards Arrive on time and prepared to support full shift operations How to ApplyApply directly through the WorkWhile platform.Qualified candidates will be contacted with next steps.Pay:$15.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:In person.
