Job Summary Summary: Join our team as a Concession Stand Lead and play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences at UW–Madison Badger sporting events with Levy. In this leadership position, you will oversee day-to-day concession stand operations while supervising and supporting a team of volunteers. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Supervision : Supervise, train, and support volunteer group members, assigning tasks based on strengths and operational needs. Foster teamwork, motivation, and accountability to ensure efficient stand operations. Stand Operations Management : Oversee all concession stand operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company and venue guidelines. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges during events. Organization & Cleanliness : Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized concession stand at all times.
