Concierge, Driver, Porter The Razzari Auto Centers is a premier new and used automotive dealership group dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We take pride in delivering a top-tier experience for our customers, from the moment they arrive until they drive off in their new or serviced vehicle. This role is crucial to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dealership experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for providing outstanding service. Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. Safely transport customers and vehicles to and from the dealership as needed. Move, park, and retrieve vehicles within the dealership lot and service area. Maintain a clean and orderly lot by organizing vehicles efficiently. Assist with dealership errands, including vehicle deliveries and pick-ups. Perform basic vehicle cleaning and upkeep to ensure customer-ready condition. Support the service and sales teams with various tasks as assigned. Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for extended periods. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
