Weekend Concierge Pay Range: $17.00 per hour Employment Status: Part-Time We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Weekend Concierge to support a luxury high-rise condominium community in Houston. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests. Resident & Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors at all times Warmly greet and assist residents and visitors entering and leaving the property Monitor visitor access and follow all building access procedures Answer resident questions and assist with requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain familiarity with community amenities, services, and surrounding area attractions Front Desk Operations: Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries Assist with administrative and front desk-related tasks High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous concierge, hospitality, customer service, or property management experience preferred Luxury high-rise or hotel experience is a plus Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and property management systems Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends consistently Saturday & Sunday 17.00 per hour Join a company that values exceptional service, teamwork, and excellence in property management.
