Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing, finishing, and maintaining concrete surfaces on a variety of projects, ranging from commercial buildings to renovation sites. Your energy and precision will help ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of concrete forms, rebar installation, and setting up scaffolding or framing for concrete pours Operate hand tools and power tools to smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces with precision Use concrete mixers and pumps to ensure proper mixing and placement of concrete materials Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, floating, and caulking to achieve smooth surfaces Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project specifications Support heavy lifting and the operation of heavy equipment necessary for large-scale concrete work Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing processes Familiarity with rebar installation, form setting, and basic masonry techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment operation is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces Ability to read blueprints or schematics accurately; experience with construction estimating is advantageous Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment may be required depending on project needs Join our team if you’re eager to build your career in construction!
