Now Hiring: Traveling Director of Field Operations – Concrete Construction We’re partnering with a leading concrete contractor to identify a Director of Field Operations to lead large-scale, complex concrete projects across the South and Southwest U.S. This is a senior field leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to scale operations, and has successfully delivered high-dollar concrete work. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee field operations across multiple active concrete projects Drive execution, safety, quality, and schedule performance from preconstruction through closeout Manage and mentor superintendents, field leaders, and project teams Partner with project management and executive leadership to ensure consistent delivery Support work across diverse markets and project types Project Experience Large commercial concrete construction Project budgets $10M+ Data Centers K-12 & Higher Education Parking Garages Healthcare Government / Public Works Industrial & Manufacturing facilities What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience leading field operations for large-scale concrete construction Strong background in self-perform concrete environments Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Willing and able to travel full-time throughout the South and Southwest If you’re a field-driven concrete leader looking for a high-impact, highly visible role, let’s connect.
