Job Title:Concrete Construction Foreman- Foundations, Flatwork, Sidewalk/Curb and Gutter.Company:Potrykus Construction, LLC Location:Central Wisconsin and surrounding areas.Travel to be expected.About Us:Potrykus Construction, LLC is a leading provider of high quality commercial and municipal concrete construction services.We are known for our commitment to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Foreman for foundations, flatwork, sidewalk/curb and gutter.Position Overview:The Concrete Construction Foreman will lead their crew on local flatwork and sitework concrete construction projects.This role involves managing a crew of 6employees, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and working alongside customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed to customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Supervises daily operations of the crew onsite.Coordinates crew members' work and job duties, ensuring continuous job flow.Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and specifications.Trains and mentors crew members, ensuring proper technique and quality standards are adhered to.Communicates effectively with project managers, team members, and customers.Completes daily logs and conducts quality control inspections.Manages material in an effort to reduce waste and maintains equipment.Utilizes software including Procore, iPads, Microsoft office, etc.Qualifications:3years of proven leadership experience in concrete construction.Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and industry standards.Excellent management and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Understanding of safety regulations and standards.Ability to lift 50lbs Valid driver's license.What We Offer:Compensation based on experience; bonus eligibility based on performance.401k with company match.Year-round work.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.6 paid holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day).Company vehicle with gas card.Opportunity for professional growth and development- we are growing rapidly and are excited to develop our team members!
