Concrete Crew Laborer Job Locations US-FL-Sanford Job ID 2026-2508 # of Openings 4 Category Concrete Finishers Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Concrete Crew Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you'll assist with various tasks involved in pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects. This is a hands-on, physical job requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools. Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area. Helps to pour and spread wet concrete. Collects and cleans concrete tools when the job is completed Maintain a clean and organized job site Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
