Job Title:Concrete FinisherCompany:Ballew Concrete LLCLocation:Santa Fe, New MexicoJob Type:Full-Time Job Overview Ballew Concrete LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our growing team in Santa Fe, New Mexico.The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and take pride in producing high-quality work.Experience with curb and gutter installation is highly preferred.We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.Responsibilities Finish poured concrete surfaces using hand and power tools to achieve a smooth, level finish Set forms and place rebar in preparation for concrete pours Pour, spread, and level concrete using appropriate tools and equipment Install curb and gutter systems with accuracy and efficiency Apply curing compounds to ensure proper concrete hardening Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar construction role Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, materials, and tools Experience with curb and gutter installation preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits $20 - $30 per hour depending on experience Opportunities for overtime Ongoing training and professional development Steady work with a growing company How to Apply To apply, please submit your resume.Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
