Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our concrete projects' quality and aesthetic appeal. You will be responsible for the finishing touches on various concrete surfaces, including driveways, patios, walkways, and pool decks. Responsibilities: Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power trowels. Apply decorative finishes, such as stamping, staining, and exposed aggregate. Form and pour concrete, ensuring proper placement and alignment. Set forms and prepare surfaces for concrete pouring. Cut and install expansion joints. Cure and seal concrete surfaces. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher. Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
