ALBANY, OR Job description Places, pours, and finishes concrete to specification Duties Execute tasks and activities as directed, in accordance with plans and specifications provided by the Superintendent Spread concrete to specified depth and workable consistency Levels, smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces Provides on-the-job training for company apprentices and new employees. Typically performs concrete and limited carpenter duties. Ensures compliance with quality and production standards established by the superintendent’s task plans. Fosters a positive attitude within the crew. Watches for compliance with safety policies. Keeps jobsite clean and free of debris as needed for a safe environment. Inform superintendent of upcoming needs for materials. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by superintendent.
