In this energetic role, you will assist in the completion of concrete projects by preparing, finishing, and maintaining concrete surfaces on various construction sites.Your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in concrete finishing and construction processes while contributing to impactful building projects.Duties Assist with the preparation of concrete forms, rebar installation, and setting up site layouts based on schematics and blueprints Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and screeds to pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, troweling, edging, and applying textures to achieve desired surface quality Support in installing rebar, metal studs, framing components, and other structural elements necessary for concrete work Conduct cleanup of work areas post-project completion to maintain a safe and organized site environment Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy lifting tasks and operating machinery on construction sites Collaborate with team members to ensure precise adherence to project schematics and specifications Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites with exposure to concrete finishing or related trades such as masonry or carpentry Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment operation, and basic schematics reading Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not mandatory Strong understanding of blueprint reading, concrete forming techniques, rebar installation, and stucco or plastering is desirable Experience with renovation projects or restoration work enhances your fit for this role Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills such as tile laying, flooring installation or metal stud framing as needed Join us in building something lasting!
