OverviewMickelson Concrete LLC is currently hiring experienced Concrete Laborers and Finishers.We specialize in residential concrete flatwork, foundation repair, and waterproofing.Requirements Proven experience in the concrete industry- Experience with jackhammers, power tools, and related equipment- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications: A CDL license is highly preferred for position as crew lead. Other Position need valid license and transportation - Pay:$28.00-$43.00 per hour, based on experience- Schedule:Weekly pay periods Call Randy At 612-963-1709 Responsibilities Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and surface smoothing using hand tools and power tools to achieve a flawless finish.Set up and dismantle formwork, rebar frameworks, and other structural components.Operate , 5500 dump truck, dump trailer, Avant loader, skid steer and mini excavator equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.CDL is a bigbut not required.Install rebar and framing elements necessary for concrete structures or renovations.Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and sealing to produce smooth surfaces suitable for flooring or other applications.Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe work environment.Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as masonry, carpentry, or renovation is highly preferred.Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, rebar installation, form setting, and use of hand tools or power tools.Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.Pay:$25.00 - $42.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Work Location:In person.
