Company Overview:At Jireh Asphalt & Concrete, we're built on People, Passion, and Pride.We're a family-owned construction company growing fast and doing quality work across the greater Everett area.We take concrete seriously -- from the mix to the finish -- and we need skilled people who do too.Position Overview:We're hiring Concrete Finishers for commercial and residential projects.Whether you're finishing flatwork, working curb and gutter, or helping form and pour -- this is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship shows.If you take pride in clean finishes and working alongside a solid crew, this is the job for you.What You'll Do: Interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and project specs to set forms accurately - Pour, spread, screed, and finish concrete to specification (broom, trowel, exposed aggregate, etc.) - Set and strip concrete forms for slabs, curbs, gutters, and other flatwork - Operate hand and power finishing tools (bull floats, power trowels, edgers, groovers) - Assist with site prep, subgrade compaction, and layout before pours - Ensure proper curing and sealing of concrete after placement - Follow all job-site safety protocols and company standards - Work collaboratively with laborers, operators, and the project team Who We're Looking For: Experience in concrete finishing preferred -- we'll consider strong laborers who want to learn the trade - Knowledge of flatwork, curb/gutter, or formed concrete is a plus - Able to read and follow grade stakes and blueprints - Physically able to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions - Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work - Valid driver's license preferred - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits: $22-$38/hr based on experience - Overtime opportunities available - Health, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days) - Paid holidays and PTO - Opportunities to grow into Lead Finisher or Foreman roles - A crew that respects the craft and each other How to Apply:Call or text Ted Lopez (General Manager) at 425-530-0155 to schedule your interview.What to Bring to Your Interview: Valid ID or driver's license - Any certifications or training relevant to concrete work - Readiness to show what you can do Serious applicants only.We look forward to meeting you.Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$22.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Ability to Commute:Everett, WA 98204 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Everett, WA 98204:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
