Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, finishing, and smoothing freshly poured concrete to ensure durable, high-quality surfaces. Responsibilities Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and texturing using hand tools and power tools such as trowels, floats, and screeds Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to strengthen concrete structures Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Read blueprints and schematics accurately to interpret project requirements and specifications Prepare forms, molds, and frameworks for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and stability Apply finishing techniques including caulking, stucco, plastering, and trim carpentry to achieve desired aesthetic results Collaborate with team members on renovation projects involving masonry, metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration work Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades such as masonry or carpentry Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction machinery Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to concrete projects Familiarity with construction estimating processes and project planning fundamentals Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex finishing tasks Prior experience in commercial driving or operating concrete pumping equipment is a plus Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and adherence to OSHA standards Join our team today and help shape the future with your craftsmanship!
