Concrete Foreman – NCGE (Noble-Cortes General Engineering) Pay: Starting at $40/hour DOE Location: Placerville NCGE is hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead residential and commercial concrete crews. Requirements Must be legal to work in California Must have clean driving record Must be able to drive company truck and back up trailer Must be able to read blueprints Must understand grades, elevations, and concrete slope Must know how to layout and run building foundation Must be able to manage and lead a crew efficiently Experience with ADA compliant concrete work preferred About the Work Approximately 70% residential foundations and flatwork Approximately 30% commercial work Company is expanding into public works projects Additional Expectations While concrete is the primary focus, foreman will also assist with: Asphalt paving Equipment operation Grading Drainage repairs General site work We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and capable of taking ownership in the field. Higher pay available for candidates who bring additional skills, leadership, or equipment experience.
