Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Concrete Foreman will coordinate crews, manage resources, and collaborate with project managers to deliver exceptional results on complex construction sites. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed throughout all phases of construction. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocations using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of concrete work. Monitor project progress, perform quality control inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet project deadlines. Manage site safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel. Oversee budgeting, procurement of materials using construction estimating tools, and tracking project costs to stay within financial targets. Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and construction management software to document progress, manage change orders, and facilitate communication across teams. Qualifications Proven experience supervising concrete or heavy civil construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Demonstrated management and supervising experience with a focus on safety, quality control, and team leadership. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes. Familiarity with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Primavera; experience with Construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam is highly preferred. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to enforce safety protocols effectively on-site. Strong technical skills including the use of an ohmmeter for quality testing and troubleshooting electrical components related to construction equipment or systems. Ability to read contracts, manage budgets, and oversee project scope from conception through completion. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
