Just Pickle Courts is seeking professional and reliable members to join our team as Concrete (Forming and Finishing) Crew Member . This person is responsible for forming, finishing, and repairing concrete for residential and commercial pickleball courts. The ideal candidate is hardworking, professional, and experienced with tools, materials, and techniques required for high-quality concrete work. Reliable transportation is required. Key Responsibilities Prepare work areas by grading, setting forms, and installing reinforcements (rebar, mesh, etc.). Ensure proper alignment, elevation, and slope per project requirements. Safely operate concrete pumps, mixers, screeds, and vibrators. Place, spread, and compact concrete to achieve specified density and finish. Monitor concrete curing to prevent cracks or surface defects. Smooth, level, and texture surfaces using hand tools and power finishing equipment. Apply broom, stamped, trowel, or exposed aggregate finishes as specified. Seal, polish, or cure finished surfaces for durability and appearance. Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications. Ensure compliance with sport regulations and customer requirements Accurately measure, lay out, and paint game lines for sport Qualifications 3+ years experience in concrete forming, pouring, and finishing. Strong knowledge of concrete behavior during placement, setting, and curing Familiarity with hand tools and power finishing equipment (trowels, floats, screeds, grinders, etc.) Knowledge of different finishing techniques (broom, trowel, stamped, exposed aggregate, polished) Understanding of curing methods, sealants, and surface protection Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Willingness to work up to 12 hour days to meet project deadlines when needed Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required What We Offer: Competitive pay: $25/hour depending on experience Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Application Question(s) Do you have reliable transportation to various job sites within the Phoenix-metro area?
