Concrete Laborer Location:Blairsville, PA Pay Rate:$17.50-$19.00 per hour (with weekly bonus pay) Schedule:Day Shift, Monday-Friday (some Saturdays required); start times at 5:00 a.m.or 7:00 a.m.with overtime Start Quickly:Qualified Concrete Laborers may begin working within 3 days of applying What Will You Be Doing?The Concrete Laborer supports daily production operations to ensure high-quality precast concrete products that meet engineering and quality standards.Key responsibilities of the Concrete Laborer include:Producing high-quality precast concrete panels according to engineering specifications Carrying out daily production plans as directed by the Plant Manager Completing general production-related tasks Building and assembling wooden forms Installing and tying rebar and mesh Pouring, finishing, stripping, patching, and repairing concrete panels as needed Following all safety rules and guidelines Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment on an hourly and daily basis Completing assigned preventative maintenance tasks, including tool maintenance Performing other duties as assigned What Are the Job Requirements? High school diploma/ GED is required Clearances:Drug test & Criminal background check Reliable transportation The ability to lift 50pounds and stand for long periods of time.
