This energetic position involves working hands-on with concrete and related materials to support various construction projects.Whether you're assisting with foundation work, decorative concrete, or restoration efforts, your contributions will help shape high-quality builds.We value motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.Responsibilities Prepare construction sites by setting up forms, rebar, and other foundational elements for concrete pouring Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate smooth workflow Assist with concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, leveling, and applying textures to achieve desired surface quality Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute concrete forms, layouts, and reinforcement placements Install rebar and metal studs for structural support in various projects such as foundations, walls, and decorative features Support with masonry work, stucco application, tile laying, and other related finishes as needed Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks while maintaining safety protocols on active construction sites Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites with familiarity in concrete-related tasks preferred Mechanical knowledge of tools such as hand tools, power tools, and concrete equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus for understanding project scope and materials needed Skills in rebar installation, form building, concrete finishing, and masonry are highly desirable Comfortable performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is advantageous Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites to ensure a secure work environment Embark on a rewarding career where your skills build more than structures -- they build your future!
