Concrete Repair Specialist

Overview: Here at ACG , we are seeking to hire an experienced Concrete Repair Specialist for a temporary position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across various areas of the construction industry, with a strong focus on concrete repair and restoration. Candidate must be willing to undergo a pre-employment screening Primary responsibilities Perform hands-on concrete restoration and repairs on stairwells. Chip, remove, and prepare damaged concrete using hand and power tools Clean and treat exposed reinforcing steel (rebar) Complete patch repairs, forming, and pouring of concrete Perform caulking, sealants, and waterproofing applications Assist with surface preparation (grinding, pressure washing, and sandblasting) Alerting staff on-site of any projects that temporarily affect mobility, access, or safety. Work on ladders, scaffolding, and swing stages Follow safety procedure and maintain clean and organized job sites Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and/or repair a plus. Have a working knowledge of power tools Must have general knowledge and skill in concrete Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. Willing to undergo pre-employment screening such as: Background check record and Drug/Alcohol test. 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry Valid driver’s license Flexibility to travel when necessary Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day.
