Job Description
Job Roles And Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews on concrete projects. Plan and coordinate daily site operations including manpower, materials, and equipment. Perform and oversee concrete work including framing, excavation, flatwork, foundations, walls, and steps. Read and interpret blueprints to set up and execute projects accurately. Operate and oversee use of heavy equipment such as excavators and loaders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe job site. Manage project documentation including time tracking and material usage. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and productivity. Support seasonal operations including snow removal when required. Qualifications And Certifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience leading construction crews. Experience in concrete construction including flatwork, foundations, and structural elements. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations. Ability to operate heavy machinery. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physically demanding tasks.
