We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Quality Control Manager on behalf of a well-established advanced manufacturing organization in the Greater Providence area.This leadership role oversees plant-wide quality operations in a highly regulated, precision-driven manufacturing environment.The Quality Control Manager serves as the primary quality authority, ensuring products meet all customer specifications and compliance standards from new product introduction through full production.The organization values respect, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and is seeking a leader who will champion quality across all departments.What You'll LeadPlant-wide Quality Control operationsCustomer-facing quality communication (NPI through production)Corrective and preventive action programsRoot cause analysis & containment strategiesISO-compliant quality systems & documentationInspection, MRB, and final release processesInternal & external audit preparationQuality team supervision and development Core ResponsibilitiesOversee inspection activities throughout NPI and production cyclesLead MRB meetings and serve as Chief InspectorManage customer complaints, quality escapes, and corrective actionsAnalyze quality trends and implement systemic improvementsMaintain and update ISO work instructions and quality documentationIntegrate process control data into inspection and release plansPrepare executive-level quality performance reportsPartner with vendors to ensure incoming material qualityEnsure ongoing compliance with regulatory and customer requirements QualificationsBA/BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Statistics, or related field preferred7-10 years of Quality Engineering or Quality Control management experienceStrong background in ISO compliance and quality systemsDemonstrated experience managing customer quality issuesStrong command of GD&TExperience in injection molding or composites preferredLean / Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) preferredProficiency in MS Office Benefits & ScheduleMedical, Dental, Vision3 weeks paid vacationMedical, Dental, Vision401(k) with Company Match, Tuition ReimbursementStandard 5-day schedule with optional 9/80 compressed work schedule- Week 1:Four 9-hour days (Mon-Thurs) 8-hour Friday- Week 2:Four 9-hour days (Mon-Thurs)- Every other Friday off Job Requirements Background check required ITAR-regulated environment - U.S.work authorization required No visa sponsorship available All inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.Pay:$115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
