Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full project billing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all invoices. Supervise and mentor billing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure proper billing practices. Partner with project managers, finance teams, and clients to resolve complex billing issues and discrepancies. Drive process improvements and implement best practices to streamline billing operations. Monitor billing schedules, reporting, and deliverables to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met. Maintain oversight of billing records, project setups, and audit readiness. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of progressive billing/accounting experience, with leadership or supervisory exposure. Strong background in project-based billing, preferably within construction or engineering environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting systems, with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
