Job Description
InGenivm looking for someone who understands major project disputes from both a technical and commercial perspective, and someone comfortable advising clients, leading assignments, and operating credibly with lawyers, contractors, owners, and expert teams. This role sits within a growing disputes and advisory practice working across large-scale construction and infrastructure matters including: delay and disruption, forensic schedule analysis, claims strategy, arbitration/litigation support, and high-value project disputes. You’ll be expected to lead assignments, strengthen client relationships, support business development, and help shape the direction of the practice rather than simply deliver reports behind the scenes. You may currently be working within: a construction disputes consultancy, expert advisory practice, specialist claims consultancy, contractor claims team, or project controls environment. Strong experience in delay analysis, project controls, claims preparation/defence, or dispute resolution is important.
