Construction Disbursement Officer

A company is looking for a Construction Disbursement Officer (Remote). Key Responsibilities Administer disbursing projects and ensure timely processing of construction transactions and draws Monitor trust accounts, post incoming funds, and manage lien waivers and check distributions Organize project files, resolve customer inquiries, and contribute to team goals Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of experience in a commercial escrow officer or related position Hands-on experience with lien waivers and construction payment documents is a plus Proficient in Excel, Office, and Outlook Prior escrow or banking experience is a plus
