Construction Foreman: Hands-On Field Leader Important Note: This is a physically demanding role requiring active participation in construction tasks, including lifting up to 80 pounds, performing manual labor alongside crews, and managing aggressive day-to-night schedules. This position requires 100% nationwide travel with no fixed home base. You will be on the road full-time, working at project sites across the U.S. This is not a desk-bound or trailer-bound position—you’ll lead from the front in the field, every day. Job Description As a Construction Foreman, you’ll run concrete construction projects from footings to finishes, working hands-on with your crew while traveling 100% of the time to project sites nationwide. You’ll keep the job moving, ensure safety and quality, and be the go-to leader on site—actively pouring, forming, finishing, and leading by example during long days and night pours.
