Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Southampton, NY. The Construction Foreman will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage work crews, ensure projects are completed on schedule, and maintain adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities also include coordinating tasks, supervising subcontractors, monitoring resource use, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and guidelines. Qualifications Proficiency in Carpentry and experience with Heavy Equipment operations Strong Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to project standards and safety protocols Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders Understanding of Civil Engineering concepts and construction methodologies Proven leadership and team management abilities Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or a related field Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
