Now Hiring: Construction Foreman Expected Start Date: April 7th Northern Plains Services is seeking a Construction Foreman to oversee field operations on track construction projects. This is a field-focused role with 80%+ travel, overseeing daily operations, safety, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan daily project activities and ensure proper labor, tools, equipment, and materials. Conduct daily job briefings, identify hazards, and drive production goals. Complete daily reports, track time, and maintain logs. Always maintains a dedication to safety and quality, being the example, educating & training the workers, and enforcing safe work practices designated by the Company or customer. Qualifications: 1+ year experience in railroad or Construction Industries. Valid Drivers Licenses and must have and maintain an insurable driving status which includes but is not limited to NPRS driver provisions. Class A non-tractor trailer CDL Required. Interested? Summary: The Construction Foreman reports to the Construction Manager & is responsible for managing and directing a crew of 4-8 workers to deliver a successful project by meeting or exceeding corporate or project goals for safety, quality, profitability, and schedule, resulting in extreme customer satisfaction.
