Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Responsibilities Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on site Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing Support rebar installation, concrete forming, and concrete pumping activities with precision and care Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements Perform masonry work including stucco, bricklaying, and tile laying under supervision Help with roofing, flooring installation, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and securing tools and materials Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment or during demolition and restoration tasks Support excavation activities using heavy equipment operation skills when required Assist in the setup of scaffolding or other temporary structures for various phases of construction projects Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of various construction techniques including plastering, caulking, renovation, and heavy lifting is advantageous Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings confidently Experience operating power tools, heavy equipment, or commercial driving vehicles is beneficial Strong understanding of safety procedures on active job sites Physical ability to perform demanding tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Join us in building quality structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
