Job Overview Jennmar is seeking a reliable, hardworking Construction Laborers to support daily field operations across various construction sites.This role ensures crews have the materials, tools, and assistance needed for safe and efficient project completion.Work includes site preparation, equipment handling, material movement, traffic control, and general labor tasks.Duties Assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment.Perform site preparation, including cleaning, digging, grading, and debris removal.Support heavy equipment operators by signaling, spotting, and guiding machinery as needed.Operate hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively.Set up and remove temporary structures such as barricades, signage, and safety fencing.Direct and control traffic around active work zones.Perform basic maintenance or checks on tools and equipment.Follow all site safety rules and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.Comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards across all work activities.Participate in required OSHA safety training, toolbox talks, and hazard-specific instruction.Use proper PPE in accordance with OSHA 1910 and 1926 regulations.Other Duties as assigned Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and equipment Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas to facilitate ongoing construction activities Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary materials and assistance Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment Help with site cleanup and debris removal to keep the work area organized and compliant with safety standards Assist in the installation of structural components, fixtures, or other building elements as directed Requirements Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a hazard-free environment Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs Reliable attendance record and punctuality are essential for success in this role If you are motivated by physical work, eager to learn about construction processes, and committed to safety standards, we encourage you to apply today.Join our team and contribute directly to building quality structures that serve communities.Safety:All duties and responsibilities must be conducted in a safe, clean and productive manner.It is a requirement to comply with all Health and Safety requirements established by JENNMAR Services.Pay:$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
