This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, contribute to the creation of new structures, and develop valuable skills in the construction industry.As a Construction Laborer, you will play a hands-on role in supporting skilled tradespeople, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and helping projects stay on track.Responsibilities Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and masons with their tasks to ensure smooth project progress Load, unload, and organize materials and tools at job sites efficiently and safely Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring all safety measures are in place Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines at all times Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Support site safety protocols by inspecting work areas for hazards and reporting issues immediately Spray foam insulation (willing to train) Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and practices Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team Reliable transportation to arrive at different job sites as needed Prior experience in manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us in building something great!
