Construction Laborer

LDL DESIGN CENTER INC Job Description We are looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable working on active construction sites. You will assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to help keep projects running efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist with general construction site duties Load and unload construction materials Operate basic hand and power tools Prepare and clean construction sites Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed Move materials and equipment around the job site Requirements Previous construction or labor experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with power tools OSHA certification (a plus but not required) Benefits Competitive pay Opportunity for overtime On-the-job training and growth opportunities Consistent work available Schedule 8 hour shifts Monday–Friday (some weekends may be available) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off Work Location: On the road
