Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student looking for summer work or a recent high school graduate eager to gain experience in the trades. While previous carpentry experience is welcome, it is not required—we are primarily looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time. Key Responsibilities Site Support: Assist with various tasks on job sites, including material handling and site cleanup. Tool Handling: Help set up and maintain tools and equipment for daily projects. General Labor: Provide manual assistance to support construction and carpentry workflows. Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Requirements & Qualifications Reliability: Must be a dependable worker who arrives on time and is ready to work. Documentation: Must have a clean record and a valid driver’s license. Transportation: Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from job sites. Experience: No prior experience required, though previous carpentry or construction knowledge is a plus. Compensation & Schedule Pay Range: $18 – $24 per hour, depending on experience.
