As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside skilled tradespeople to support all phases of construction, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to support various construction activities. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to follow project specifications accurately. Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks such as moving materials, debris removal, and site cleanup to maintain a safe work environment. Support masonry, stucco, installation . and other finishing trades as needed. Use hand tools like hammers, saws, drills, and caulking guns to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Skills Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating processes are advantageous for understanding project scope. Experience with concrete mixers, pumping equipment, and concrete forming enhances your versatility on site. Ability to read schematics and blueprints ensures precise execution of tasks according to plans. Proficiency in operating power tools and heavy equipment supports efficient workflow. Knowledge of masonry techniques such as rebar installation, stucco application, and metal stud framing is highly valued. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on-site; safety awareness is essential. Construction site experience combined with commercial driving skills helps in material transportation and logistics management.
