Responsibilities Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision Support concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation to achieve high-quality results Help with rebar installation, masonry work, and metal stud framing to meet project specifications Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and performing demolition or renovation tasks Support roofing, stucco application, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks as needed Use heavy equipment operation skills for tasks such as concrete pumping or material transport Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Qualifications Prior construction site experience or relevant training preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly Knowledge of concrete finishing, tile laying, flooring installation, and plastering is a plus Experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and renovation projects beneficial Skilled in operating power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or related certifications preferred but not mandatory Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills and attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey in construction where your effort builds more than structures — you build your future!
