Construction Laborer / Skilled Helper We're a growing construction company looking to add a reliable, hard-working team member to our crew.What You'll Be Doing: General construction work on residential and light commercial projects - Drywall hanging, patching, and repairs - Basic framing and carpentry tasks - Painting and finishing work - Measuring, cutting, and material handling - Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently - Job site cleanup and prep What We're Looking For: Some construction experience (this is not an entry-level/no-experience role) - Comfortable using a tape measure and basic math - Ability to handle drywall, patch work, and painting tasks - Familiar with common power tools (drills, saws, etc.) - Shows up on time and works hard without being babysat What We Offer: Steady, consistent work (40 hours/week, overtime available) - Pay:$20-$30/hour based on experience - Paid time off after a probationary period - Opportunity to grow with the company We're looking for someone dependable who knows their way around a job site and is willing to learn and improve.To Apply:Call Matt Dark at (269) 598-5313 or email darkcontractingmaintenance@gmail.com Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
