Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa, that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world. We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Representative (CMR) to support Rehabilitate and Stabilize Eight Residences and Museum at Chapin Mesa . You will provide on-site construction management support, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and assisting the government in monitoring construction progress, quality, and safety throughout the project lifecycle. This is contingent on the project award, and the contract duration is two years. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, attend, and facilitate all required meetings, including weekly progress meetings (online or on-site), internal government meetings, AE/AHJ inspections, and government-contractor negotiations. Document and distribute meeting notes within one business day for all progress and project-related meetings. Observe and record construction contractor work for progress, quality, workmanship, code compliance, and adherence to contract documents and safety standards. Verify weekly that the contractor's record drawings (redlines) are updated, and document this in the weekly meeting notes.
