Job SummaryKratos Construction is a growing custom home builder focused on delivering high-quality homes with strong attention to detail, timelines, and client experience.We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential projects from start to finish.This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, field-experienced, and confident leading subcontractors while maintaining clear communication with clients and the office team.Responsibilities Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the construction process.Coordinate and schedule inspections with county or city officials to ensure compliance.Conduct day-to-day site visits to monitor progress and quality.Effectively coordinate subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.Utilize project management software for real-time updates and documentation.Demonstrate a strong understanding of residential construction processes and standards.Join us in leading innovative construction projects that make a lasting impact!
