Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role involves collaborating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Coordinator will assist with scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and communication across all project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support daily office operations and administrative functions Coordinate project schedules and assist project managers with organization and task tracking Assist with permit applications, documentation, inspection scheduling, and follow up with municipalities Maintain organized project files, contracts, invoices, and construction related documentation Schedule meetings, appointments, inspections, and project related activities Assist in tracking project timelines and ensuring project managers remain on schedule with assigned responsibilities Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communications professionally Assist with financial organization, invoice tracking, receipt management, and internal documentation preparation Manage and update company social media platforms and assist with marketing related content Coordinate communication with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and office staff Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Support ownership with administrative and operational tasks as neededQualifications: 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project), and cost estimation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations (OSHA). Basic ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and contracts. Preferred Skills: Previous administrative, office coordination, or construction office experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and follow through Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and social media platforms Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment Professional attitude and willingness to learn Experience with construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend). Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Construction Management (e.g., CCM). Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally visit job sites and perform on-site inspections. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, as needed. Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to active construction sites. Fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
