This position has the opportunity to support specialty aviation projects nationwide. The position will be based in our Marietta, GA or airports nationwide and offers a combination of in-office, on-site, remote work and the opportunity for reasonable level of travel to various airports across the Country. Support project managers with RFIs, submittals, and document control (Procore) Track procurement, materials, and project schedules (MS Project / Excel) Assist with subcontract coordination and contract administration Maintain project logs, reports, and as-built documentation Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and field teams Support quality control tracking and project closeout documentation Position attributes include, Collegiate Degree in the Construction, Engineering or related Technical FieldMinimum 3-years experience in Commercial Construction; working as a Subcontractor, General Contractor or similar.Interest in commercial Aviation, ideally with aviation construction experience.Positive attitude to learn new skills and to jump in to work as a Team PlayerSelf-motivated, resourceful and comfortable to take on new challengesFamilar with Procore, MS Suite, Bluebeam, CAD, BIM360, Miter and app-based software packagesGreat communication skills -- in conversation, formal meetings, writing and electronic mediaKnowledge and experience of commercial construction processesRFIs, Submittals, Material procurement, project schedules, issue resolution, contract administration, punchlist, project reporting, QA/QCCommercial construction safety (OSHA) and job-site safety requirementsExperience reviewing Technical Specifications and Contract DrawingsExperience and comfort level completing on-site inspections, punchlists, site-walks, documenting and tracking field itemsExperience with CPM Construction Schedules, Invoices, Change Orders, Purchase Orders and project correspondenceLooking to grow your career with a great firm, great people and complete exciting aviation projects!
