Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead and oversee our heavy highway construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. The Project Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage one or more heavy highway construction projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Oversee the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis. Ensure projects are executed within financial parameters. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate project success. Provide leadership and direction to project managers, engineers, superintendents and site personnel. Foster a collaborative work environ
