Own Projects from kickoff to closeout leading teams on nationwide retail builds. We’re partnered with a fast-growing, end-to-end project management and construction firm that delivers large-scale retail store builds, remodel programs, installations, and rollouts across the U.S. Combining construction, logistics, and installation solutions – they are looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to help lead the next phase of growth. Act as the primary client contact from kickoff through closeout Manage commercial construction and retail rollout projects nationwide Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes Prepare bids, proposals, and project plans Coordinate subcontractors, installers, vendors, and internal teams Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and on scope Manage RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and documentation Review drawings and collaborations Track project financials, invoicing, and profitability (P&L) Manage change orders and risk mitigation Present progress updates and insights to leadership Travel to job sites as needed Projects range from single-site installations to nationwide programs across thousands of locations. No two days look the same. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a commercial construction PM who is strategic, organized, and hands-on. 6+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Project Manager Bachelor degree in Construction Management (preferred) Commercial construction experience (retail, remodels, rollouts preferred) Experience managing multiple projects at once Strong knowledge of blueprints, building codes, and contracts Experience with construction management software (Procore/Bluebeam) Strong budgeting, estimating, and project financial management skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience Annual Bonus Profit Sharing 401K Match Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD Strong PTO & Holiday Fantastic opportunity for career advancement into senior management roles All Conversations Are Strictly Confidential Perfect placements.
