About the Role: Project Managers at O'Brien Construction lead and guide Project Teams in the successful execution of construction projects, from initial estimating through final completion and close-out. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in building licensed senior living communities, including expertise in cold-formed steel. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, inspections, life-safety requirements, and the coordination of specialized structural systems to deliver high-quality, compliant senior living environments. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
