Job Roles And Responsibilities Ensure all definable features of work are installed in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract documents Monitor and evaluate third-party inspection and testing procedures for compliance Conduct quality assessments on incoming materials to ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory standards Document inspection results and maintain daily logs in the document management system Participate in preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections as part of the inspection process Identify non-conforming work and support corrective action implementation Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality assurance requirements Support contract administration activities including change orders, modifications, and performance tracking Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project quality objectives are met Qualifications And Certifications More than 10 years of construction field experience across a wide range of activities Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the construction or engineering industry Proficiency in Bluebeam, CADD, and other engineering tools Ability to develop Independent Government Estimates using MCACES II Experience with Primavera P6 and construction schedule analysis Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred certifications include Certified Quality Engineer, Construction Quality Manager, or OSHA-30 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction data tools such as RSMeans Benefits Health care coverage Dental insurance Vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life and accidental death insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid time off Holiday pay Professional development assistance
