Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Scheduler/Office Manager to join our team. This vital role combines project scheduling expertise with office management responsibilities, ensuring construction projects are executed efficiently and seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a passion for construction management, capable of coordinating multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, energetic approach. Duties Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Builder Trend or similar tools to ensure timely project delivery Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to align schedules with project milestones and deadlines Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect changes or delays, proactively identifying potential issues Manage office operations including document control, filing, correspondence, and scheduling meetings Oversee contract administration and ensure all contractual obligations are tracked and met throughout the project lifecycle Utilize Bluebeam for plan markup, review, and collaboration on construction drawings and documents Support project management teams by preparing reports, tracking budgets, and managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently Requirements Proven experience in construction scheduling using Builder Trend, or similar construction management software Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contracts, and project coordination processes Hands-on experience with construction site operations and understanding of construction site safety protocols Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and tools such as Builder Trend,Primavera P6 and ProCore Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and collaboration Ability to communicate effectively across teams and manage office functions smoothly Prior experience in construction management or related roles is highly preferred Join us in driving successful construction projects forward with energy, precision, and professionalism!
