As a Senior Construction Scheduler for Kiewit's Building Group, you will serve as the Lead Scheduler on our major vertical projects. Your current assignment involves a high profile, large-scale design and construction of a medical campus development project; the University of Nebraska Medical Center's Project Health (Phase 1 of Project NExT). This phase enhances research, education, clinical and community service missions, building capacity in new facilities and expanding the state's health workforce. As a subject matter expert in this field, you will perform planning and scheduling activities on large and small construction projects within the building market. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to directly impact scheduling outcomes, from estimate through project completions, over a broad range of projects. Kiewit integrates project controls functions such as budget, costs, manpower tracking, and project progress within our schedules, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with various project and company teams. This person will also be tasked with daily/monthly report generation for executive management. By directing the planning, creation, monitoring, and maintenance of projects' progress, you will prepare and analyze reports, develop alternative solutions, and be a key team member in driving successful project completions.
