Job SummaryWe're looking for a high-energy Construction Services Representative to streamline our daily operations.Working directly alongside our Construction Manager, you'll tackle day-to-day project tasks, keep the workflow moving, and ensure our site standards are met with precision.Responsibilities & Duties:Collaborate with engineers to develop construction plans, schedules, and cost estimates.Participate in pre-construction meetings and site evaluations.Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.Maintain meticulous records of daily activities, site photos, material deliveries, and change orders.Identify potential risks or deviations and implement corrective measures.Review technical drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy.Coordinate testing, inspections, and quality control procedures.Provide regular progress reports to clients.Conduct project closeout procedures, including documentation and handover.Qualifications & Skills:2years of experience in civil infrastructure or heavy construction management CEPSCI Certified Strong leadership.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication.High attention to detail.Must have a valid driver's license.Pay:From $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
